Paris, London, New York, Gdansk. It doesn't sound right and this young lady demostrates why by dressing (and for that matter wearing her hair) like a drag-queen. I'm rather old school and feel strongly that one should not wear two striped items at the same time and this demonstrates why, particularly as the stripes on the tights could easily be ladders and not by design. It hard to comprehend how some people can look at themselves before they leave the house and think "Yes, I look good in this", or perhaps they don't and this is the problem. I would therefore like to propose a campain; All homes to have mirrors installed on the inside of the front door for final outfit validation, then there will be no excuses for horrors such as this.
