OK, so the sun may be out since for the first time since 1997 but that is not an excuse to dress like a children's TV presenter, unless of course one is a children's TV presenter.
I hope for this gentleman's sake he works on an ice-cream stall or is on his way to a gondolier (that's a gondola driver to the uneducated) convention. However I am not convinced that Brighton would be the most practical location for said convention due to the relative lack of canals. That being said a conference hall would be a better place to host said convention rather than a canal, so I guess it doesn't matter. Although thinking about it would gondoliers even require a convention? I digress...
